Delivery

To find out the delivery cost of a particular item simply select the item and click “Add to basket”. By default your shopping basket will appear showing the item you have added along with the delivery cost. ***We WILL ship outside of the UK mainland to Ireland/ Northern Ireland and request you contact us first for our specialist delivery service which will cost more than £75 (typically no more than £150 on two items). If you do not contact us first we reserve the right to charge additional fees as it is stated here due to additional costs to transport.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to PO Box numbers, hotels or temporary accommodation addresses.

It is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery address since our delivery team will not attempt delivery if health and safety risks may result.  Therefore, you must advise us of any non-standard delivery circumstances when ordering since additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries requiring more than one delivery team; deliveries requiring a smaller van for access and deliveries in any other exceptional circumstances, like to a block of flats. Our staff will advise you of any applicable additional delivery charges when you place your order, or as soon as possible thereafter. For prices please contact us via our contact form.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The purchaser (or designated adult third party) must be present at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge that the items have been received in a satisfactory condition.

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries will be made to the closest ground floor doorstep (threshold of building). Our couriers are not insured to deliver goods inside your property and we will not bear any risk as a result of them doing so. We strongly advise that you arrange help to move products into your home especially if delivery is to an apartment above ground level.

In stock products are delivered within 14 days of accepting your order.

Remote postcodes will incur a delivery surcharge.  If your order is subject to additional postage charges due to your post code, you will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives. If for any reason you are unhappy with the additional postage charge, you maintain the right to cancel your order. You will receive a notification email when your goods are ready for dispatch detailing any relevant delivery details.

DELIVERY FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Any dates specified by us for delivery of the product(s) are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Multiple product items may be delivered separately.

CARE WHEN UNPACKING YOUR ITEMS
We use specialist carriers experienced in delivering fragile items and take precautionary steps to ensure your item reaches you in excellent condition. We would ask you take extreme care when unpacking your fragile glass items to ensure you do not cut yourself. If you find your item has been damaged upon delivery to your door please do not sign for the item but instead make a note on the delivery slip – we will then endeavour to replace your item in reasonable time.

FAILED DELIVERY AND STORAGE
Please note that we will charge you a non-refundable storage fee of £75 per week in the following circumstances:-

Where we have been unable to make a delivery booking with you within three weeks after the original delivery date of the items or first booking attempt by our customer care (whichever is later).

Re-delivery or collection charges will apply where no one is available to accept delivery; where goods will not fit into the rooms intended after being delivered, or there is no lorry access to the delivery address. Cancellation fees of up to 25% of the value of items may also apply if the items are subsequently cancelled.
